- We are a pet friendly community. 

- Doggy Stations are placed around the property for your convenience, we ask that you please use and dispose of the bags in the proper locations. 

- Pets are allowed in grassed areas only.

Clubhouse
- THE ASSOCIATION DOES NOT EMPLOY LIFEGUARDS OR OTHER PERSONNEL TO SUPERVISE THE POOL AREAS.  All persons who use the swimming pools must do so at their own risk

The tennis courts may be used only by Occupants and their guests for recreational tennis purposes during the posted hours. All other uses are prohibited, including the use of the tennis court to give lessons for pay.

- Gazebos and Firepit may be used only by Occupants and their guest.

- The facilities are here for your enjoyment, we just ask that Residents use them properly and also help by cleaning up after themselves. 
 Clubhouse rental must be approved by the Association, Board of Directors. Clubhouse rental will require a $150.00 deposit with a $100.00 refundable deposit. Clubhouse rental must be rented by a current Unit Owner or current tenant. Unit owner or current tenant will obtain the Clubhouse key from the Association, Board of Directors and is responsible for returning the Clubhouse key after use. No Clubhouse rental may be made by Non-Unit Owners or non-tenants. Clubhouse must be cleaned to the level when the rental was provided. Any trash, broken Clubhouse appliances, or damage to the interior or exterior of the Clubhouse caused by the renter will lead to the relinquishment of the $100.00 deposit.
Home Improvements and Renovations
​Parking Lot Rules
- We as a Board are in support of home improvements to help you as an owner live comfortably while increasing your real estate investment.  

ALL WE ASK OF YOU THE OWNER IS...

- All home improvements and or renovations that include Demolition of areas inside the property should be brought up to the Board of Directors, so that no improper structural changes are made to hinder the integrity of the building as a whole.  

- Any mistakes in improvements that involve damages to other neighboring unit will be appropriated by the unit owner doing construction.

​- All contractors or use of heavy machinery such as power tools must schedule their work day between 8am - 6pm to ensure the comforts of a "Quiet Community"
- No vehicle of any kind shall be parked in a manner that obstructs an entrance, exit, fire lane or impedes ingress to or egress from the development or garage.

- There will be no parking in a fire zone.

- No inoperable vehicle or vehicle which may not be legally operated on a public street shall be parked on the property.

- Recreational vehicles, utility trailers or boats shall not be parked, kept or stored without prior written approval of the Board of Directors.

- Any vehicle parked within the development in violation of this rule shall be towed at the Occupant’s expense.

- Minor vehicular repairs are allowed on the property. Such repairs must be completed with 24 hours.
